Silver Charms
The belts on his cape, around his waist, and in other various places all have a silver charm on the ends.
Body Suit
In comparison with his FF7 outfit, the updated body suit is much more form fitting, though the loose folds in the sleeves and pants remain. Around his waist, he wears a thick black band with two rows of belt loops. Two thinner black belts are weaved through these loops and buckled.
The outfit has long sleeves and pant legs that are neatly tucked into gloves and boots. Three evenly spaced straps wrap around Vincent's right thigh. These three straps are connected to each other on the front of the leg by a similar black strip. Two silver circular buttons decorate this connecting strip.
In certain scenes, the fold on the top half of the body suit can still be seen. Like in FF7, it appears to be kept together by two columns of four or five silver buttons.
Holster
Another thin belt connects from the lower belt around his waist and hangs around his right thigh. Attached to this belt is Vincent's holster.
Armlet & Glove
A black glove is worn over Vincent's right hand. Covering the length of his lower arm is a black armlet with three evenly spaced, buckled straps around it.
Pink Ribbon
In Advent Children only, a pink ribbon is tied above the black armlet.
Claw
A gold metal armlet covers Vincent's left upper arm. On his left hand, Vincent wears a black glove with gold plating on the top of the glove and around the fingers in the shape of a claw. The golden armlet has a larger band of gold near the elbow and a thinner band around the wrist.
Cape
Similar to Victorian Opera cloaks, Vincent's red mantle has a full circle, elbow length capelet with a collar that covers the neck and lower half of his face.
In Advent Children, there are six leather straps with metal clasps that run down the length of the shoulder cape, with two left unlatched to allow easy movement. On the other hand, Dirge of Cerberus only has five, thus staying true to the original number.
Coming out in the back from under the capelet is a longer, flowing cape. The cape is tattered at the bottom and reaches just below the knees. Certain images from Dirge of Cerberus depict Vincent with a completely tattered cloak, from the capelet down.
Headband
Around Vincent's forehead, a wide red piece of cloth is wrapped about three times around. It's possible the headband may be symbolic of his death and rebirth, as it resembles a traditional bandage.
Boots
Vincent wears calf high, black boots with pointed toes. The top part of the boot is folded over in the pirate style. Gold plating decorates almost the entire surface of the foot of the boot with only a few spaces. In addition, gold bands wrap around the boots just above the ankles.
