Action Figures
Toy Biz 'Video Game Superstars' Action Figure
In 1998, a line of Resident Evil 2 action figures was produced to celebrate the release of the Platinum edition of the game. Each package contained two detailed figures, one of a character and one of a creature, and an accessory or two. Ada's figure is about six inches tall, has movable arms and legs, and features a removable dress and gun. Included in her package is the plant monster, Ivy, which features "Vine Grabbing and Jaw Chomping Action".
Neca/Reel Action Figure
The official Resident Evil 4 Ada Wong figure stands approximately 7 inches tall was released in October of 2005. Ada's figure is part of the series one line and comes with a pistol and Tommy gun. In terms of articulation, the figure has a ball jointed neck and right thigh, as well as swivel biceps and wrists. The packaging boasts that the figure is game accurate and highly detailed.
3" Exclusive Figure
Created to promote the PS2 release of RE4 was a three-inch figure similar in design to the Neca/Reel figure. It came in a small package with cardboard labeling that read "Resident Evil 4 Exclusive Ada Figure". Even at such a small size, it is still nicely detailed and partially posable.
Trading Arts Surprise Figure
Produced by Agatsuma, the Resident Evil 4 Trading Arts figures are approximately 7cm tall. Each collectible figure comes in an unlabeled box, so which character or creature you get is a surprise. Of the eight possible figures, only seven have been revealed and include Leon, Ada, Bitores Mendez, Krauser, a Bella Sister, Dr. Salvador, and a Los Illuminados. The quality of these figures doesn't appear to be as high as other brands, possibly because of the small size.
