FAQ

Here you will find quick answers to some common Ada related questions as well as the usage terms for images and media.

Ada Wong & Resident Evil Related Questions

Q: How did Ada survive?

A: In Wesker's Report, a non-interactive promotional DVD, it is revealed that Ada was rescued at the last minute by Wesker, whom she was working with throughout the course of Resident Evil 2.

Q: Which is the true ending of Resident Evil 2, Leon B or Claire B?

A: The game Umbrella Chronicles uses artwork of Ada in Ada's arms, a scene from Leon B. The book Resident Evil Archives, also summarizes the story according to the events of Claire A/Leon B. In Leon's B ending, Ada tosses Leon a rocket launcher, which is a good indication that this is indeed the true ending. Not only does it make more sense that she would aid Leon rather than Claire, but she also does this again later in Resident Evil 4.

Image Policy

Resident Evil 2 and 4 screencaps may, of course, be used in layouts, icons, and other graphics. You're also free to take a few for your own web site, but I must ask that you refrain from replicating the entire gallery. Official artwork has been scanned by myself and others or collected from the net over the years and may be used freely.

If there's a specific image you wanted that wasn't in any of the galleries, email me about it and I can check and see if I have it.

Fact, Theory, and Opinion

I try my best to keep things as accurate as possible in sections related to Ada's profile and history, but there are many sections that contain fan analysis or speculation. The information in the trademarks and personality sections, while extensively researched, are not based on official word. These sections merely present likely reasons or explanations. Everything else should be pretty straightforward, but if there is any other confusion, feel free to contact me.

Aside from the games, I also refer to the books Resident Evil Archives, Research on Biohazard 2, and Wesker's Report I & II.
